Cloud software solution designed for water supply systems, agricultural complexes, and industrial facilities with pumping equipment.

Connect any sensors, water meters, soft starters, and inverters to the cloud

We provide a hardware set of IoT controllers and a cloud software solution for smart pumping stations.

Our set of controllers support:

Water level sensors

Water level sensors

Collect data from a level sensor (0-10V) installed on the hydroaccumulator or the well. Automate pump operation based on sensor readings to prevent dry run.

Pressure sensors

Pressure sensors

Read data from a pressure sensor (4-20mA) installed on the pipe. Monitor pressure in real-time. Data is stored in the cloud for 24/7 reporting.

Water meters

Water meters

Connect an impulse or Modbus water meter to the controller. Gather historical data and reports on water usage and costs.

Soft starters

Soft starters

Control the pump's soft starter via a remotely operated 5A relay. Automate pump operation based on sensor data or a schedule.

Inverters

Inverters

Track additional data such as frequency, current, voltage, and power when a Modbus-compatible inverter is connected. Monitor pump performance in real-time.

Motor controllers

Motor controllers

Receive operational data from the Modbus-compatible motor controller. Monitor performance and receive complete information, such as frequency, current, voltage, and power of the pump.

How it works

How it works
OB-215

Novatek-Electro OB-215 (x2)

Acts as:

Sensor controller

Reads values from pressure (4-20mA) or level (0-10V) sensors and sends them to the Modbus RTU (RS-485) line. Sensors can be installed on the pipe or hydroaccumulator.

Soft starter controller

Controls the pump's soft starter via an embedded 5A relay (required if no inverter is installed). A Modbus-compatible inverter can be connected directly to the OPCB-221B.

Impulse meter counter

Counts impulses from the water meter and sends the data to the Modbus RTU line.

OPCB-221B

Overvis OPCB-221B

Acts as:

Communication controller

Collects data from all connected devices via Modbus RTU and sends it to the cloud. Also sends commands to the devices, enabling remote control.

Inverter data reader

Gathers additional data such as frequency, current, voltage, and power when an inverter is connected.

Overvis Cloud
Overvis Cloud

Overvis Cloud

Stores and collects data from the devices

Data is read in real-time or at 1-minute intervals. Communication with the devices is fully encrypted.

Provides an interface for your operators

Offers operators a real-time view of operations, scheduling management, and remote control of pumps.
